Boys & Girls Clubs
The Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County launched the Night Vision program, which seeks to measure the community's sky glow with hand-held Sky Quality Meters (SQMs), to plot the results on a county map, and to report their findings to the community. See www.nightwise.org/nightvision.htm.
